Design, in-house manufacturing and turnkey installation of luxury saunas, hammams, steam rooms, pools and complete wellness facilities — delivered across Doha and Qatar, with a Gulf-wide track record since 1987.
Every project is designed, engineered and manufactured in-house, with production and supply hubs across Türkiye, Germany and the Netherlands — then delivered and supported on the ground in Qatar, coordinated through our Gulf office at Latifa Tower, Dubai.
Contracts and invoicing structured for Qatar projects — international (USD/EUR) and regional invoicing through our Gulf entity, with a single point of contact throughout.
Every installation is engineered to KAHRAMAA (Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation) electrical and water requirements, Qatar Civil Defence (QCDD) fire-safety standards and Qatar Construction Specifications QCS 2024 (QS 27:2024), which cancelled and replaced QCS 2014.
From 3D design and technical documentation to custom marble and premium Nordic woods — one team from concept to handover, backed by a 24-month warranty.
Contrast therapy is our craft. Every temperature on this spectrum is a facility we design, manufacture and install for projects across Qatar.
Plus salt rooms, ice fountains, shower systems, massage rooms and complete hotel wellness floors — for villas, developers, hotels and design consultancies across Doha, Lusail, The Pearl-Qatar, West Bay, Al Rayyan and the wider GCC.

Two things on a Qatar submittal are commonly out of date, and one widely held assumption about Gulf water is the opposite of what the utility actually publishes.
The Qatar General Organization for Standardization reissued the Qatar Construction Specifications as QS 27:2024 (QCS 2024), approved by Ministerial Decree No. 15/2024 on 3 March 2024, expressly cancelling and replacing QCS 2014. Specifications still citing QCS 2014 are referencing a withdrawn document. Alongside it: connection, metering and the authorised-contractor listing run through KAHRAMAA, the Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation — the sole transmission and distribution operator for both utilities in Qatar — and fire and life safety approval sits with the General Directorate of Civil Defence at the Ministry of Interior, commonly referred to as QCDD.
KAHRAMAA publishes its Drinking Water Quality Requirements and the numbers are unambiguous: total hardness 65–120 mg/L as CaCO₃ at plant outlet and below 150 in distribution, TDS 110–250 mg/L, alkalinity 60–120, and a Langelier Saturation Index target of −0.3 to 0 — deliberately very slightly aggressive, to protect the distribution network. KAHRAMAA states outright that Doha water will not tend to scale on heating as hard water does. The practical consequence for a Qatar hammam: the limescale panic is misplaced on municipal supply, but corrosion allowance in the wet plant is not — and EOS, whose steam generators we specify, requires a softener on any commercial installation regardless of measured hardness, so a hotel or members' club still gets one.
Doha's dry-bulb is unremarkable for the region — ASHRAE puts the 0.4% summer design DB at 44.3 °C — but the 0.4% evaporation wet-bulb is 31.2 °C, the highest of the Gulf capitals we work in and more than ten kelvin above Riyadh. That single number decides the design: evaporative and cooling-tower strategies that work inland barely work in Doha, and pool-hall and steam-lobby dehumidification has to be sized on latent load rather than on air temperature. Ashghal's ICA specification additionally requires equipment to withstand a 50 °C ambient.

Private villa saunas typically start around QAR 30,000–60,000, while complete villa spa packages including sauna, steam room, hammam and cold plunge range from QAR 150,000 to QAR 1,000,000+ depending on size, materials and scope. Hotel and commercial wellness floors are quoted per project with itemised, position-by-position pricing.
A single sauna or steam room typically takes 6–10 weeks from design approval to commissioning, including manufacturing at our Türkiye and European facilities and installation in Doha. Complete villa spa packages run 12–16 weeks; hotel projects are scheduled per the construction programme.
